I finally went running today. I ran a mile only. I am still fighting this sinus drip and chest congestion so I did not want to over do it. I am still able to do a mile in just under 11 minutes but I am not close enough to my goal of running a mile under 9 minutes yet.I like my new running shoes. I got the LunarLight Trainers by Nike. Very comfy but I need remember loosen the laces. My feet fall asleep while I am running when my shoes are too tight because I have veins that run just over the arch of my foot. I have very high arches.
I use the iPod sync adapter to track my runs on nike.com - it motivates me to do better each time. It also publishes on my facebook account when I sync my iPod with my iTunes so if I don't run everyone knows about it.
Speaking of which I need to sync my iPod and have some dinner.
